A project in Keywords.am refers to a specific product listing or a variation of a listing. Each project acts as its own workspace where you can:

This setup allows for tailored SEO and content strategies per product or variation, ensuring focused and accurate optimization.

Project Limits by Pricing Plan

The number of projects you can manage depends on your pricing plan. Each plan includes a set limit of active projects you can create and manage simultaneously. Please refer to our Pricing Page for up-to-date limits associated with each subscription tier.

Managing Variations as Separate Projects

Yes, you can absolutely create multiple projects for different product variations within your allowed project limit. This is particularly helpful for sellers with:

• Multiple color or size variations
• Products with slightly different use cases or positioning
• Region-specific listings (when using multiple marketplaces)

Each variation can be optimized independently to maximize performance and relevancy.

Organizing Projects with Groups

To help you stay organized, Keywords.am offers the ability to structure your projects into Groups. This allows you to:

• Categorize listings (e.g., by brand, niche, product type)
• Quickly filter or access specific subsets of projects
• Maintain clarity when working with a large product catalog

Groups are especially useful for agencies or sellers managing multiple brands or product lines.

Switching Marketplaces and Languages

How to Switch

If your account supports multiple marketplaces, you can switch both the marketplace and language for any project directly from the Project Settings:

• Go to the project
• Open Settings
• Use the dropdowns to select your preferred marketplace and language

Changing the language will also affect the language of all AI-generated content and keyword suggestions within the project.

Important Notes

• If your plan supports only a single marketplace, you cannot switch marketplaces directly. Instead, you must:
  1. Delete the current listing
  2. Recreate it under the desired marketplace
• Important: Back up your listing data before deleting - deletion is permanent and non-recoverable.
• If your account does support multiple marketplaces, switching is seamless and does not result in any data loss.

Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) Support

Yes! Keywords.am now fully supports Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).

How It Works

When creating a new project:

1. Choose “Book” as the project type (instead of “Product”)
2. This unlocks features specifically tailored for books, including:
   • KDP-specific keyword research
   • AI-optimized title and subtitle suggestions
